KWEEN members had been song writers even before they
gathered as a band. This original album shows such song-writing ability of
the band. The band gave radical arrangement to their original songs such
as heavy chorus, multi-layered guitar work etc., to make it sound like
Queen. Brian May of Queen, when he listened to 'The Hero -dedicated to Freddie Mercury' sent a letter to KWEEN stating that he was moved! Also, Morgan Fisher (ex. Mott The Hoople and Queen's support keyboard player in early 80s) highly evaluated the album as well. |
